Recruitment process
Through our website, you will have the possibility to apply for a vacancy. You will receive a confirmation after applying. If we see a possible fit with your profile and the role you have applied for, we will contact you for a follow-up.
After your application is reviewed, we will contact you for a short call or schedule an interview. If you are invited for an interview, this will take place at our office or online via Teams with your potential manager and/or colleagues.
After a mutual positive first meetup, we will have a follow-up interview with members of the team, relevant stakeholders and/or the hiring manager.
An online assessment is part of our standard Recruitment Process. This assessment consists of two components focusing on personality and intellectual capabilities. After completing the assessment, you will be able to see the results and you are asked for approval to share your results with NIBC.
The final interview will be with our HR department. In this interview the results of the assessment, the employment benefits and employment expectations from both sides will be discussed.
After a successful interview with HR, your will receive an offer as soon as possible. We are also very curious about your impression of NIBC. If we both are enthusiastic, we can proceed with formalizing the employment contract. To sign your contract, we use the online tool DocuSign.
Your onboarding will take place from the moment you have signed your contract, because even though you might still be working for another company, you will be part of NIBC soon! HR or your manager will inform you about your onboarding. A word of advice: regularly check your (spam) inbox for relevant actions that need to be completed before joining.
